QsaveR Terms of Service

Effective Date: February 15, 2026

Welcome to QsaveR. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the QsaveR mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Lazerus Advertising ("we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account, subscribing, or using QsaveR in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

QsaveR is a local coupon and deals platform that connects consumers with nearby businesses:

• Consumer Users browse local businesses, discover coupons, and redeem offers in person at participating locations.
• Business Users register their business, create coupons for consumers, and send flash messages to nearby customers.

QsaveR is not a marketplace, social media platform, or advertising network. Business content on QsaveR is strictly limited to coupon offers and flash deal notifications as described in these Terms.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years of age to create a Consumer account.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to create a Business account or make purchases.
• By using QsaveR, you represent that you meet the applicable age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
• If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Business accounts require valid business information including business name, physical address, phone number, email, and business category.
• We reserve the right to verify business information and reject or suspend accounts that contain inaccurate or misleading details.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

• Consumer Subscription: $3.99 per month — access to browse, discover, and redeem coupons from local businesses.
• Business Subscription: $39.99 per month — includes business listing, coupon creation, customer analytics, and a complimentary consumer account.
• Flash Messages: $19.99 per message — one-time purchase to send a targeted deal notification to nearby consumers.

4.2 Billing

• All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. QsaveR does not directly collect or store your payment information.
• Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings.

4.3 Refunds

• Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google per their respective refund policies.
• QsaveR does not issue direct refunds for app store purchases.
• Flash message purchases are non-refundable once the message has been sent.

5. Content Standards and Family-Safe Policy

5.1 What Businesses May Post

Business content on QsaveR is extremely limited by design. Businesses may only:

• Create coupons consisting of: a coupon title, a brief description, a dollar value (minimum $5.00), a business category, and an expiration date.
• Send flash messages consisting of: a short text message and a target category.
• Maintain a business profile consisting of: business name, physical address, phone number, email, website URL, and business category.

There is no ability to upload images, post social content, send direct messages to users, create reviews, or publish any content beyond the items listed above.

5.2 Prohibited Content — Zero Tolerance

The following content is strictly prohibited in all areas of QsaveR, including coupon titles, coupon descriptions, flash messages, and business profile information:

• NSFW / Sexual Content: Any sexually explicit, suggestive, or adult-oriented material. This includes but is not limited to: pornography, sexual services, escort services, adult entertainment venues, strip clubs, sexual products, or any content with sexual innuendo.
• Nudity: Any depiction or description of nudity, partial nudity, or content that promotes nudity.
• Violence and Gore: Content depicting, promoting, or glorifying violence, weapons, graphic injury, or harm to people or animals.
• Drugs and Controlled Substances: Promotion or sale of illegal drugs, controlled substances, drug paraphernalia, or content encouraging drug use. Legal products (e.g., licensed pharmacies) may list legitimate health products.
• Alcohol and Tobacco: Coupons for alcoholic beverages or tobacco/vaping products are permitted only from licensed establishments and must comply with all applicable laws. These coupons must not target or appeal to minors.
• Gambling: Content promoting illegal gambling, unlicensed gambling services, or gambling targeted at minors.
• Hate Speech and Discrimination: Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against any individual or group based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, national origin, or any other protected characteristic.
• Profanity and Vulgar Language: Excessive or gratuitous profanity, slurs, or vulgar language. QsaveR employs automated content filtering.
• Misleading or Fraudulent Content: False advertising, bait-and-switch offers, misleading coupon values, fake business information, or any form of consumer fraud.
• Illegal Activities: Any content that promotes, facilitates, or encourages illegal activity.
• Harassment: Content that harasses, bullies, intimidates, or threatens any individual.
• Spam: Repetitive, irrelevant, or misleading content designed to manipulate the platform.

5.3 Enforcement

• QsaveR uses automated content filtering (profanity filter) and manual review to enforce these standards.
• We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these content standards, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
• Repeated violations will result in permanent account termination with no refund.
• Users may report content violations to lazerusadvertising@gmail.com.

6. Children's Safety (COPPA Compliance)

• Users under 13 are not permitted to create accounts.
• Users aged 13-17 may use QsaveR with parental or guardian consent.
• All business-posted content must be appropriate for all audiences, including minors.
• We do not display, permit, or tolerate any content that is harmful to minors.
• If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to QsaveR, please contact us immediately at lazerusadvertising@gmail.com and we will promptly delete such information.

7. User Conduct

By using QsaveR, you agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service.
• Attempt to redeem coupons fraudulently or without being physically present at the business location.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or abuse the system.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.

8. Business User Responsibilities

Business users additionally agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate business information.
• Honor all active coupons presented by valid QsaveR users.
• Maintain current and accurate business hours, address, and contact information.
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding their business operations and promotions.
• Not create misleading coupons or offers they cannot or do not intend to honor.
• Ensure all posted content complies with the Content Standards in Section 5.

9. Location Services

• QsaveR uses your device's location to find nearby businesses and validate coupon redemptions.
• Coupon redemption requires physical proximity to the business (within 200 yards).
• Location data is used in real-time and is not permanently stored.
• You may disable location services through your device settings, but this will limit core app functionality.

10. Intellectual Property

• The QsaveR name, logo, and all associated branding are the property of Lazerus Advertising.
• The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-submitted content), is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
• Business users retain ownership of their business information but grant QsaveR a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display such information within the Service.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our written consent.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, including but not limited to content policy violations.
• We may suspend business accounts pending investigation of reported violations.
• You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at lazerusadvertising@gmail.com.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
• Suspension or termination of your QsaveR account does not automatically cancel your app store subscription — you must cancel separately through your device's app store settings.

12. Disclaimers

• The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee that coupons or offers will always be available, accurate, or honored by businesses.
• We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of goods or services offered by businesses on the platform.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Lazerus Advertising shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to QsaveR in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for disputes between consumers and businesses.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lazerus Advertising and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

15. Modifications to Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
• Continued use of QsaveR after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
• For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users through the app or email.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Arkansas.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

18. Privacy

Your use of QsaveR is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
